With so much conversation about Defund Police elevated by the Movement for Black Lives this year, many people are asking, what next? This reading group is one offer: learning from folks who have practiced supports without police for a long time. POOR Magazine shares wisdom in this book about why many folks need to not turn to police in conflict and how communities can practice accountability in other ways .
