Compassionate Self-Care Mini-Retreat

@ the RLC’s Pittsfield Center, 152 North Street, Suite 230
Join us as we gather in community to explore our life journeys through practices of compassion, playfulness,and creativity. We will spend the day discovering new ways to be curious, aware, and kind to ourselves.
Retreat offerings will include storytelling, community sharing, personal reflection, playful movement, and art making. A healthy lunch will be provided – please notify us if you have any additional food allergies/special dietary needs.
  
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
 Please bring a small item that you find meaningful.
